Description
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Operations Manager to join our team. This is a senior role and you will both oversee all the day to day operations of the church and support delivering our mission and strategy. All Saints Ecclesall is a large and busy Anglican church committed to worship and community outreach.

The Role Encompasses The Following Areas

  • General Operations including administration and finance
  • Estate Management
  • Governance and Policies


You will manage the operations team (6 staff) and work closely with the ministry team, a wide range of volunteers and users of our halls complex. You will be able to deal with issues sensitively and with an approach appropriate to our Christian faith. The role does include some evening and weekend work but will mainly be carried out during office hours.

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week). Flexibility to consider 30 hours per week

Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 FTE dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent
