Description
We are looking to appoint a talented and motivated Learning and Development Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a key role within the Organisational Development team, supporting the Trust’s People and Culture agenda. You will champion continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders to promote, shape and embed the organisation’s development vision across the Trust.
With strong learning design, facilitation and communication skills, you will build effective, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will bring proven Learning and Development experience gained within large, complex and fast-paced organisations, along with the ability to deliver impactful development solutions that drive organisational performance.
We have been rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, following a 2023 inspection. This is a fantastic achievement for Birmingham Children's Trust, with many positive highlights focusing on areas including the quality of staff leadership, partnership working, safeguarding and corporate parenting.
This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, UK so you must have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship.
