A SME creative business is looking for a part-time HR Manager to join their team.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll lead the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted partner to managers and teams, guiding on day-to-day people matters, while also helping build a more inclusive and engaged culture across the UK and US offices.
You'll work closely with leadership on people planning, support hiring and onboarding, and refine how they approach performance, development and feedback. Alongside this, you'll take ownership of any ER and coaching
There's also real scope to shape and deliver initiatives around learning and development, employee engagement and DEI too.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a standalone capacity within a creative, fast-moving environments. You'll likely have SME experience, strong working knowledge of UK employment law, and the confidence to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week) with a flexible hybrid working pattern, based in London.
Please note, the salary will be depending on experience and pro-rated for the amount of days worked per week.
