Support delivery of the patient outcomes agenda, including national audits, benchmarking and GIRFT.
Assist with the coordination and management of national clinical audits and regulatory programmes across both Trusts.
Collate, analyse and present complex patient outcomes data to inform reporting and decision-making.
Support the development of audit tools, questionnaires and data collection systems.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including partner organisations.
Provide clear summaries of reports and key information for senior stakeholders.
Participate in training programmes and awareness initiatives relating to clinical audit.
Support the development and maintenance of patient outcomes systems, databases and intranet content.
Manage and prioritise multiple projects, working independently while seeking guidance when required.

The single corporate service is delivered across both organisation. You may be based at either IWT or PHU and individuals may be required to undertake business travel between sites. For leaders managing staff across multi-site locations, you will need to be visible and provide in person leadership. The arrangements and frequency will be agreed locally.
