An opportunity has arisen to work as part of the team of Patient Transport Service (PTS) Dispatchers, working in a busy Clinical Coordination Centre your main responsibilities will be

To receive and process transport requests.
Job Statement.
To receive and process transport requests.
To achieve effective planning and resourcing for Patient Transport Services.
To maintain effective/fluent communications with all contractual agencies and Patient Transport Services staff.
Clerical duties relevant to the effective operation of the Patient Transport Services.
Be responsible for the collation and reporting of reports as required and determined by the Patient Transport Services manager.
Experience of on the road Operational PTS duties are required for this role.
