About the Role
I am working with a client who are looking for a People & Transformation Manager to join their team. This is a central role within the People function, where you can make a meaningful impact on how their services are designed and delivered.
You will play a key role in driving quality, consistency, and performance across the People team, while supporting the delivery of key transformation initiatives aligned to our wider workforce strategy.
- Strengthen HR and recruitment delivery across the organisation
- Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead on sponsorship and migrant workforce compliance (essential)
- Support delivery of key People strategy priorities
- Coach and support members of the wider People team
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience within HR/People functions, ideally in a transformation or improvement-focused role
- Brings proven knowledge of sponsorship and migrant workforce compliance
- Is confident driving standards, improving systems, and embedding best practice
- Has the ability to influence, coach, and support colleagues at all levels
- Thrives in a role that blends operational oversight with strategic impact
