As a Production Advisor you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role reporting into the Head of Colleague Communications & Engagement.
The Production Advisor is a key member of the Corporate Affairs team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the Post Office behaviours, and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the Production Advisor will share their expertise in enterprise-grade production, demonstrating best practice across creative and technical production of internal communication events. The Production Advisor will deliver flawless, enterprise-grade production, create polished multimedia collateral, and uphold best-in-class standards that reinforce employee trust and protect organisational reputation.
They will embody a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance; with a key focus on delivering All-Hands meetings, Town Halls, Leadership broadcasts and Webinars (virtual, hybrid and in person).
