About The Role
We are seeking a Project Digital Delivery Co‑ordinator to support the successful implementation of our digital delivery strategy across projects within the UKCS Scotland business. Based in Motherwell, you will work closely with project teams and the wider digital function to embed digital tools, standards and ways of working that enhance efficiency, quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction or infrastructure environments who is passionate about digital transformation and keen to play a hands‑on role in supporting project teams through effective use of digital technology.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the delivery and embedding of the Project Digital Strategy across live and pre‑construction projects
Assisting project teams and supply chain partners with the implementation and use of digital tools, including Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC, Power BI, Site Assist, Openspace and emerging AI‑enabled solutions
Engaging with project teams during mobilisation to ensure digital processes, behaviours and technologies are in place ahead of construction
Facilitating digital coordination between project participants to help identify, manage and resolve potential clashes or issues using digital workflows
Promoting the use of digital site management techniques and mobile technology to support effective and efficient site delivery
Analysing and documenting digital processes and project data, supporting reporting and insight for senior management
Researching, trialling and helping to implement new digital ways of working that improve productivity, reduce cost, enhance quality and support sustainability and Zero Harm ambitions
Delivering training, technical guidance and ongoing support to project teams, new starters and external partners
Sharing good practice and lessons learned to help continuously improve digital delivery across the business
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who is comfortable working across multiple projects and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
You’ll Bring
Experience in a digital, BIM, project support or technology‑enabled role within construction or infrastructure, or relevant industry experience
A qualification such as BSc, BEng, HND/HNC, NVQ Level 5, or equivalent experience
A working understanding of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital project delivery workflows
Confidence in supporting and training others in the use of digital tools and platforms
Strong IT, numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present digital and performance data
Good communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients and supply chain partners
The ability to manage priorities effectively and deliver high‑quality outputs to tight deadlines
A positive, learning‑focused mindset with a desire to develop technically and professionally within digital delivery
A valid CSCS card (professional membership beneficial but not essential)
