The Great Grid Partnership is a National Grid initiative that brings together key delivery partners to design and deliver major electricity transmission upgrades across England and Wales as part of the Great Grid Upgrade. This project helps modernise the grid to deliver more renewable, green energy across the UK.
Role Overview
This roleoverseesthe Information Management function for the High Marnham Substation project, ensuring project information, systems, and processes are delivered to a high standard and support efficient project delivery.

Role Overview
This roleoverseesthe Information Management function for the High Marnham Substation project, ensuring project information, systems, and processes are delivered to a high standard and support efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Information Management team and define team roles.
- Set and communicate project Information Standards and Methods & Procedures.
- Oversee the EDMS (e.g., Asite) and ensure secure, appropriate access.
- Coordinate project reporting and support digital tools, including Field View.
- Deliver training to project teams on information management systems.
- Support digital processes using SharePoint, Teams, and mobile platforms.
- Manage quality procedures and oversee project archiving throughout the lifecycle.
- Experience managing processes and resources.
- Knowledge of construction environments and project lifecycles.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills.
- Experience with collaboration/EDM systems, ideally Asite.
- Understanding of ISO19650/PAS1192 and digital handover processes.
- Ability to lead, support, and develop team members.
- Be organised, structured, and focused.
- Confident leading others and communicating at all levels.
