The Post Office is on a huge transformation journey over the next four years, and we have significant programmes to deliver at pace across the organisation.
If you have proven ability to lead end‑to‑end commercial projects in complex, highly governed environments and want to be part of shaping the future of our organisation and the communities we serve, we’d love to meet you.
We’re holding in‑person interviews on 23rd March 2026 for experienced Project Managers and Lead Project Managers, and we’d be delighted to see you there.
What to expect
The Project Manager is a key member of the Transformation team, responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the Post Office behaviours, and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.
Project Managers will manage, and lead projects end to end, working cross functionally to deliver business solutions, ensuring that the critical success factors are met while scope, time, quality and cost of the projects are maintained. Demonstrating strong senior stakeholder management skills to ensure that communication is clear and concise, and deliverables are progressed, contributing towards overall programme and portfolio outcomes. They will embody a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance, with a key focus on delivery.
