We are entering an exciting new era of accelerated progress, where continuous improvement and excellence are at the heart of everything we do. As a Quality Improvement Programme Manager, you’ll be at the centre of this evolution, championing the latest in improvement science and lean methodologies.
Please note the post is fixed term until 30th May 2027 to cover maternity leave.
You will take on an influential role, driving the delivery of our new Quality Strategy and leading large-scale change programmes designed to reduce harm and improve the experience of our patients and staff. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you’ll, help us achieve our vision: a workforce energised by improvement, equipped with the skills and drive to make a meaningful difference every single day.
If you are an expert in improvement science, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects in healthcare, and relish the opportunity to teach, coach and work side-by-side with patients and families, we would love to hear from you. Experience with lean practices is desirable
