There is an exciting opportunity to join the Quality Assurance Team in the Blood, Inflammation & Cancer Directorate.
We have a vacancy for a Quality Manager in Oncology Services who will oversee Plymouth Oncology Centre's ISO 9001:2015 certification and transition to the new ISO 9001:2022 standards over the next 3-year cycle. They will assume ownership of the Quality Management System.
The successful applicant will work closely with Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, inpatient ward, day case unit and outpatient teams to ensure they provide a consistently high standard of care. This will involve real time audits, document creation and management, risk assessments, attendance and organisation of departmental meetings, and data presentations to Directorate leads.
They will also support clinical teams to attain other relevant certifications and/or accreditations.
