Key Responsibilities: The Salvation Army has been appointed to the Government’s new Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract to manage the support of adult victims of modern slavery in England and Wales. Since 2011, The Salvation Army has managed the delivery of specialist support to more than 24,000 adult victims of human trafficking and modern slavery across England and Wales. Together with our supply chain partners, we focus on achieving best outcomes for survivors of these abhorrent crimes.
As Quality Manager you will lead on compliance with, and development of, the Quality Management System across the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract, proactively promoting the ethos and practice of continuous improvement in all we do.
In collaboration with corporate partners, you will ensure The Salvation Army continues to maintain our ISO accreditation standards, supporting and advising our supply chain partners to work in accordance with the principles of these standards.
In addition, you will coordinate and participate in the completion of quality assessments, audits and the provision of training to ensure quality policies and practices are adopted and can be evidenced. Along with acting as Health and Safety representative for the Contract Management Team.
