As a Recruitment Advisor at ECT, you'll play a key role in delivering our recruitment service and supporting the development of a diverse, inclusive and compassionate workforce.

You'll work closely with hiring managers and new starters, providing excellent support via face-to-face, phone, and email to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organisation, time management, administrative ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Hours per week: 37.5

Qualifications

Essential

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in recruitment and or administration

Knowledge and Skills

Essential

• Knowledge of recruitment procedures and current UK Employment Legislation
• Ability to work alone as well as a team member
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to organise and prioritise work and to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Good computer skills
• Ability to deliver high quality customer service at all times
• Ability to produce and maintain a high standard of work
• Ability to deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries effectively

Experience

Essential

• Experience in administration

Experience of working in a customer service environment

Experience of working with computerised HR systems and databases

Desirable

• Experience in recruitment administration
• Experience of using an ESR & NHS Jobs
