The Recruitment Coordinator provides proactive administrative and organisational support to the national Recruitment team. Acting as a key operational hub, the role ensures a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment process by managing candidate tracking, interviews, documentation, data accuracy and communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, driving efficiency, and contributing to a modernised recruitment function.

Essential Skills & Experience
Recruitment Process Administration
- Experience supporting end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Ability to track candidate progress from application to onboarding
- Skilled in producing documentation such as offers and requisition forms
- Experience working with databases or ATS platforms
- Confident liaising with people at all levels in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate clearly with external suppliers and internal teams
- Strong relationship‑building skills
- Excellent diary management, including coordinating interviews and meetings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Able to take initiative and maintain oversight of all recruitment activities
- Opportunity to influence improvements in recruitment processes and technology
- High visibility across the firm, working with multiple HR teams and external suppliers
- Hands‑on involvement across the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting both strategic and operational tasks
- Modern, flexible working – A minimum of 2 days each week required from the office, 3 days from home.
