Job Purpose:
Provide support to the Head of Recruitment and Transactional Services to ensure improved activity to bring interested people into the organisation by new social media campaigns, this work will pay attention to accessibility for the younger generation and more diverse workforce.
Provide support to rapid safer recruitment contracting the length of time for people to start at CityCare with open and transparent reporting to the organisation
Support the Head of Recruitment and Transactional services and Comms and Marketing Manager to review and develop the current materials and resources for recruitment events
To provide professional advice relating to recruitment and effective resourcing service for the whole organisation. Using an innovative approach to support the organisation recruitment processes.
To review and develop the current recruitment practices to aid recruitment and retention of all posts across the organisation but specifically targeting difficult to recruit and attract posts i.e. nurses, physios etc
To provide data to the organisation in the form of reports and verbal updates
To support the development of training on effective recruitment practices for managers to assist in attracting and retaining staff.
To support the Recruitment team in the review of current recruitment processes in line with best practice and innovative approaches, in order to meet the business objectives
To work with the marketing and communications team to ensure appropriate and effective branding of CityCare as part of the organisation strategic agenda.
Support the recruitment of apprentices including Nurse Associates
To support the Recruitment Team to implement any new ways of working relating to recruitment activity
Manage the life cycle of recruitment and have discussions with preferred candidates and managers offering advice and guidance in line with current CityCare policies
