Regional Fundraising Managers

Here at the RFU, our purpose is to enrich lives and grow the sport for future generations.
A big part of our four-year strategy - Plan 2030: More than a Game - is making sure the community game has what it needs to thrive.
That’s why we’re creating new Regional Growth Partnership Boards, each led by independent Chairs and local leaders.
And to support them, we’re also on the hunt for new Regional Fundraising Managers, who will work closely with our new National Fundraising Manager.
These aren’t your typical regional fundraising roles, though. We want you to get out into the local community, think a bit differently and use your brilliant networks, curiosity and instinct to spot investment opportunities others might miss. It’s about building relationships and starting those all-important conversations about why community rugby deserves backing.
You don’t need to be a rugby expert either - what really matters is that you believe in the power of sport. We know rugby brings people together and strengthens communities, and that today’s grassroots players can become tomorrow’s World Champions.
