Regional People Partner | GLF Schools
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing People Function at GLF Schools and play a key role in supporting our schools across Epsom, Camberley, Lightwater, Sunbury and Sutton.
We’re looking for an exceptional Regional People Partner to deliver high‑quality People support, lead complex ER casework and help drive our People Strategy across a diverse group of schools.

🔹 Shape People Strategy projects and deliver training to leaders
🔹 Hybrid working with travel across your region
Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, you’ll manage a varied caseload, provide expert coaching to leaders and contribute to trust‑wide People initiatives. This is a 36‑hour, term‑time plus two weeks (41 weeks) role with flexibility expected to support other regions when needed.
What you’ll bring
✨ CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent) with strong generalist ER experience
✨ Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload with a pragmatic, solution‑focused approach
✨ Strong stakeholder management and a collaborative mindset
