As Retail Media Manager, you will play a key role in driving measurable business growth across Coty UK&I by shaping and delivering best-in-class Retail Media strategies, specifically for Amazon, but for other pure-players too.
Working across Amazon and emerging retailer media platforms, you will balance short-term sales performance with long term brand and market growth, acting as a performance and thought leadership expert within the business.

As our Retail Media Manager, you will lead Retail Media strategy execution across key platforms, working closely with the Retail Media Director, Media, Marketing, and Commercial teams. You will own performance delivery, translate complex data into insight, and help define future Retail Media standards across Coty UK&I.
