Description
An opportunity has arisen for an confident and enthusiastic Senior Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the Wester Ross area of the Skye Lochalsh & Wester Ross Community Mental Health team. This position has the option of a rented 1 bedroom accommodation in Dundonnell, attached to the position if desired.

You will work within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team sharing your skills and abilities.

You will be required to carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews and act as a case load holder for patients in Wester Ross..

You will need to demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work as well as being able to work both independently and within the multi-disciplinary team setting.

A full current, driving licence is essential and have access to your own car for business purposes.
