Senior Consultant – Work & Career Architecture

London (Hybrid) | Korn Ferry UK & Ireland

As organisations rethink careers, progression, and fairness at work, Korn Ferry’s Work & Career Architecture team helps clients create clear, scalable frameworks that link work, careers, and reward.

We’re looking for Senior Consultants with experience in Work & Career Architecture to support private-sector clients through job architecture, career framework, and work measurement engagements.

What you’ll do

Deliver job architecture and career framework workstreams
Analyse roles and work to design scalable job families and levels
Facilitate client working sessions and workshops
Support clients in applying career and work frameworks in practice
Work closely with colleagues across Reward and Organisation Design

What we’re looking for

Experience in Work & Career Architecture, job architecture, or career frameworks
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Confidence working with HR and business stakeholders

Consulting or equivalent in-house experience
