Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Electrical Engineer based in Haywards Heath, with flexibility to work from home. The role involves designing and overseeing electrical systems, conducting power systems analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading power distribution projects. The Senior Electrical Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions for varied projects, including mission-critical and high-performance environments.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Electrical Design, Electrical Engineering, and Electricity principles
- Proficiency in Power Distribution and Power Systems, particularly in high-performance or mission-critical settings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex engineering projects
- Relevant education in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a degree or professional certifications
- Experience with design software and engineering tools used in the construction and sustainability industries
- Capable of working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, sustainability standards, and energy-efficient design principles
