About The business unit
Mott MacDonald’s support services are the driving force behind our organisation enabling us to run efficiently and effectively. The team works collaboratively to offer specialist advice, best practice and technology to all areas of our business specifically designed for our global reach.
Overview Of The Role
The Senior Internal Communications Manager role develops and delivers business unit IC strategies that respond to business needs and contribute to business outcomes.
The role works closely with regional business units, key stakeholders and global IC teams to identify priorities and develop clear IC strategies and plans.
Working in the European IC team, you will report to the IC Lead for Europe, work across functions and business units, and coordinate the IC strategy workstream’s activity for the region’s business units.
You will also work regularly with regional marketing and creative teams, and with the wider regional and global IC function.

Qualification or certification from a relevant body, such as IOIC or CIPRAble to ask thoughtful questions and offer constructive feedbackReflective and able to learn from feedback and experienceAble to learn and apply new technologiesGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
