We are looking to hire an experienced and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant, to join our top performing, vertical market driven, IT Recruitment division.
This role will give the right person the opportunity to help further grow Damia Groups Vertical Market strategy covering the generation of new Permanent business across the UK and build a team to support the growth of our customer base.
We have a 30 year history of supplying candidates into the various sectors including Government and Defense, but very keen to support you in the growth of your own vertical market.

We will help you:
· Develop your core IT Permanent recruitment business across the IT Sector
· Develop your end-to-end 360 recruitment experience
· Build and maintain a network of clients and candidates
· Take clients through the Damia Group Client Journey
· Develop your vertical market by becoming the “go to” person for that vertical
· Contribute in the overall Damia Group company strategy
· Help you build your team to support your growth
· Mentor junior consultants and help inspire them –
