We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant who understands the market, speaks the language, and is ready to take ownership of a warm, growing desk.
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a role with existing cyber security clients already in place, full autonomy over your market, and the long‑term potential to build and lead your own team within an established, growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing existing cyber security clients from day one
- Running a dual desk, managing both permanent and contract recruitment across the UK cyber market
- Building long‑term, trusted relationships with candidates and clients
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end
- Identifying and developing new opportunities within the cyber security space
- Playing a key role in growth, with future scope to build and manage a team
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ months’ experience recruiting specifically within cyber security
- Strong understanding of cyber security roles, terminology, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage clients and recruitment processes independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long‑term
