We are looking for a confident Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working 42 hours a week (days/alternate weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton Lodge.

We are looking for a confident Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours per week, working days only (including working alternate weekends). You will support in making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton Lodge.

Shift Pattern: Days (8 am 8 pm)

Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off

Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off

Broughton Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.

Depending on the individuals level of need, we have 3 different areas within the service offering different levels of support, including support for young men and women leaving an educational provision.
