As a Services Manager at Promni Health, you will play a central role in shaping how primary care is delivered across some of the largest and most forward thinking NHS Primary Care Networks in England. Role Profile
The Services Manager is responsible for managing relationships with PCNs and GP practices, ensuring the successful delivery, retention and growth of services across assigned accounts. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting service performance and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
Working closely with Lead FCPs, clinical leadership and internal teams, the Services Manager ensures services operate effectively, remain valued by practices and evolve in line with PCN needs. While clinical supervision sits with Lead FCPs, the Services Manager provides operational oversight and ensures services are embedded successfully.
