What You’ll Do
- Support the Social Value Manager in delivering project-specific social value commitments across multiple projects to meet client KPIs
- Work closely with project teams to coordinate employment and skills initiatives for local communities
- Engage with schools, colleges and employability organisations to support careers events, workshops and placements
- Build relationships with local stakeholders, charities and community groups to deliver meaningful social impact
- Coordinate supply chain involvement to ensure delivery of agreed social value targets
- Prepare Considerate Constructors Scheme submissions and support audit readiness
- Assist with the production of reports and monitoring of social value performance
- Record and track data using systems such as the Social Value Portal
- Support ESG initiatives, including data collection and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a social value, community engagement or similar role
- Experience in data collation, monitoring and reporting
- Construction industry knowledge (desirable)
- Event or activity coordination experience (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
