These rewarding, hands-on roles provide an opportunity to support a young person to live safely, confidently, and meaningfully within their community. You will work as part of a dedicated support team, delivering person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We are recruiting Support Workers to join a newly established team supporting an 18-year-old young man as he transitions to his new home from North Tyneside to Newcastle. He has an infectious smile and enjoys animated films such as Ice Age and Madagascar. He loves long walks and sensory experiences, including relaxing baths in a low-stimulation environment. This is an active and engaging role where you will help create positive daily experiences, build trusting relationships, and support him to achieve the best possible outcomes.

PMVA training will be provided, so previous certification is not essential.
