Talent Acquisition Manager
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
London Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
We are partnering with a unique and purpose-driven organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation.
With ambitious plans to double in size over the next 12 months, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a business at a pivotal stage of its journey and play a key role in shaping its future workforce.
Working closely with the HR Director and senior leadership team, you will lead recruitment activity across a diverse range of functions and levels, from specialist individual contributors through to senior leadership appointments. You will be responsible for attracting exceptional talent, advising hiring managers, improving hiring processes and supporting workforce planning as the organisation continues to scale.
This role will suit someone who enjoys building things from the ground up. The recruitment function is still evolving, so you will need to be comfortable working in a highly hands-on environment, managing recruitment delivery while also helping to introduce structure, process improvements and best practice.
