Reporting to the Operations Manager of Prevention Service, we are seeking a Team Leader with a responsibility for the Family Intervention Service in Sedgemoor. You will be part of our ambitious, talented, and dynamic team, leading and managing a range of Prevention Services such as children who go missing and who are at risk of exploitation, young carers and the duty service. You will provide creative ideas and insights, applying your professional expertise to support the development of a programme of improvement.

We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience within Early Help and Prevention Services, a relevant qualification and an experienced leader, and manager, with a passion and commitment to improving the lives of children and young people.

You will need to be able to travel to meet the requirements of this post and be available to work evenings and weekends when required.

- 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Permanent for 37 hours per week

0The salary range for this role is £41,771 to £46,142 per annum , plus a £3,00 recruitment allowance which expires on 31/03/2028 (£44,771 to £49,142 per annum with the allowance)
