Are you skilled in leading a team and committed to supporting people with a learning disability to get the most out of life? If so, you might be well suited to our Team Leader position in our Supported Living Service.
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to cover 2 of our Supported Living Services in Eastbourne and Hailsham.
As a Team Leader you will be motivated to provide excellent care and support by modelling good practice, monitoring performance and direct supervision of the staff. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of this new scheme, alongside supporting the people living there to make it home.
You will receive excellent training opportunities, a thorough induction and supervision as part of our commitment to you.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have
- Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent or have a willingness to complete.
- Level 2 Maths and English or ability to pass an assessment as part of the selection process.
- Informal care experience
- Organisational skills and time management of self and others
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to plan, review and develop packages of support
