As our Total Rewards Analyst, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs across all our locations that reflect Akeneo’s commitment to equity and inclusion while aligning with the company’s strategic goals. Your work will directly impact the lives of our global workforce, ensuring they feel valued and supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Shaping a Strategic Compensation & Equity Framework:

• Architect, implement, and maintain a Salary Banding framework to complement internal Job Architecture. Lead the strategic rollout of transparent pay ranges, ensuring alignment with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and local labor laws.
• Develop a roadmap for Pay Transparency, moving from internal benchmarking to external disclosure in job postings and employee communications.
