You’ll build your knowledge and capability across all stages of delivery, progressing towards taking full ownership and playing a leading role in bringing projects to life.
Contribute to shaping key decisions by supporting the preparation of high-quality advice, information, and reports for the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll play a part in outputs for the Board and Committees, growing your confidence presenting, and influencing at senior levels.
Get hands-on experience in appointing, coordinating, and guiding professional consultants, helping to drive the design and delivery of development projects,. As your experience develops, you’ll take the lead in managing these relationships and steering projects forward.
Thrive in a collaborative, project-driven environment—building strong, effective relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, consultants, and developers, while playing an active role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in homes under construction.
