Who are we:
Our Experience Design team sits within the wider Experience & Transformation practice. We bring together strategists, designers, researchers and technologists to solve some of the most interesting problems out there – from evolving digital journeys in financial services to improving essential public services used by millions.
Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile User Researcher who’s passionate about uncovering what users really need — and translating those insights into real change.
This role is for someone who thrives on curiosity and rigour: a researcher confident in planning and running studies, but also ready to take on strategic conversations with clients and shape the direction of projects. Whether you’re supporting discovery work or validating new concepts, you’ll help ensure the services and products we design are grounded in evidence and insight – while also being adaptable enough to contribute to generalist UX and design tasks when needed.
The Role:
As a User Researcher you will plan, design and conduct user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. usability testing, depth interviews, diary studies, surveys). With your knowledge, you will choose the right research approach based on project goals, constraints and client context. In addition, you will:
The role will be office based 2 or 3 days per week at our London office based in West Kensington.
The Fit
To be successful in this role, you have solid experience as a user researcher with digital product or service development. You will be confident working independently on research plans and activities. In addition, you:
Please note that you have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for clearance.
Equal Opportunities:
