An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Community Nursing Team (CCN) working predominately within the training team with some work into the CCN team . We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to deliver training of clinical skills within a range of settings overseen by registered nurses.
Predominantly the post holder will work Monday-Friday, with occasional requirements to work outside of these working hours to meet the service users training needs.

The post holder will work within a small training team within theChildren's Community Nursing Team overseen by registered nurses. As well as training there will be some requirements to support the wider Children's Community Nursing Team. The successful candidate will be required to deliver a variety of clinical skills training to a range of service users and partnership agencies across a variety of settings with a large proportion being delivered across education provisions. Enabling the child/YP to access everyday environments.
This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.
