This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Practice Nurse looking to take the next step in their leadership career. You'll join a supportive and ambitious practice that values innovation, invests in its people and encourages continuous professional development.
Working across our three sites, you'll have the opportunity to influence how nursing services are delivered, support the development of an experienced nursing team and help shape future service improvements. We are looking for an approachable and inspiring leader who shares our commitment to high quality patient care, continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
If you're passionate about leading people, improving services and making a genuine difference within primary care, we'd love to hear from you.
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide operational, professional and clinical leadership to the nursing team across our three Practice sites. You will lead a team of Team Lead Nurses, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and patient centred nursing services.
You will oversee the day to day management of the nursing team, including workforce planning, recruitment, induction, appraisal, performance management and staff development. Working closely with the Practice Manager and GP Partners, you will lead Infection Prevention and Control, support clinical governance, drive Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) performance and play a key role in maintaining CQC readiness.
Alongside your management responsibilities, you will maintain regular clinical sessions and support the delivery of long term condition management, treatment room services, immunisation programmes and preventative healthcare.

We believe in empowering our teams, recognising achievements and creating opportunities for personal and professional development.
In return, we offer a welcoming and collaborative working environment, opportunities to influence service development, access to ongoing training and development, NHS Pension Scheme membership and the opportunity to be part of a Practice that is ambitious, patient focused and committed to delivering outstanding primary care.
