The Team
Our Transaction Services Team (TST) is an award-winning, market-leading legal services team, helping deliver efficient, technology-enabled support to clients. The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting disclosure and document review exercises.
- Organising documentation for litigation, adjudications, mediations and arbitrations.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and witness statements.
- Liaising directly with clients, barristers, experts and other third parties.
- Tracking dispute progress and providing client updates.
- Assisting with legal research, reporting and dispute management.
- Attending client and internal meetings.
- Supporting billing, fee monitoring and client engagement processes.
What We're Looking For

• effective communication and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
• a strong work ethic with commercial awareness and an interest in legal technology are essential.
Previous Real Estate paralegal experience is relevant but not essential.
