We are seeking GP Representatives to provide a strong, collaborative voice for General Practice within the Neighbourhood Innovation & Delivery Team. This role is central to shaping and influencing the development of Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
As a GP Representative, you will contribute to collective system leadership, ensuring that the perspectives, priorities and expertise of General Practice are fully embedded in neighbourhood-level planning and delivery. Working closely with the GP Collaborative Board, you will help to design, implement and evaluate integrated services, align partners and resources, and strengthen the connection between neighbourhood teams, Integrated Care Areas (ICAs), and General Practice.
The role ensures that General Practice is meaningfully represented at every stage of neighbourhood development, supported by effective feedback loops across each ICA and into the GP Collaborative Board.
The GP Representatives will act as the collaborative voice of General Practice within the Neighbourhood Innovation & Delivery Team, contributing to collective system leadership that enables the delivery of Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
The role ensures General Practice through the GP Collaborative Board is fully integrated into neighbourhood development by shaping the design, delivery and evaluation of integrated services, aligning partners and resources, and ensuring strong locality representation and feedback loops across each ICA and to General Practice collectively through the GP Collaborative Board.
