About the Role:This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.The Operations Manager – Food and Beverage Service will provide strategic and operational leadership for the College’s commercial hospitality provision at Westminster, including the Vincent Rooms, Escoffier Restaurant, Terrace and associated commercial spaces.The role is responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-standard food and beverage operations, ensuring strong commercial performance, excellent customer experience and effective day-to-day management across all venues.
The postholder will bring significant industry experience in hospitality and restaurant management, with a proven track record of delivering successful commercial operations. The role will be accountable for driving income generation, improving operational efficiency and supporting the growth of commercial hospitality provision across the College.
Working in collaboration with curriculum teams, the role will ensure that commercial activity supports high-quality teaching and learning, while maintaining a clear focus on commercial delivery and industry standards.About the Team:You will join a friendly, professional team committed to delivering high-quality support across the college.
