As Quality Improvement & Performance Manager, you will work closely with the Factory Quality Manager to identify opportunities for improvement within quality and food safety systems. You will lead quality improvement initiatives, support digital transformation activities, and use performance data to drive sustainable improvements that enhance consumer satisfaction, product quality, and operational performance.

- Quality Improvement & Performance Management – Lead quality improvement projects and performance initiatives.
- Digital Quality & Systems Excellence – Coordinate and improve quality digital systems and master data.
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience within quality assurance, food manufacturing, production, or a related technical environment together with strong analytical, stakeholder management and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Education & Technical Knowledge – Degree or equivalent in a science-related discipline.
- Quality & Operational Experience – Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing or production.
- Continuous Improvement Expertise – Knowledge of TPM, DMAIC and structured problem solving.
- Digital & Data Capability – Proven Microsoft Office and Power BI skills.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Experience coaching and influencing others.
- Communication & Professional Attributes – Excellent organisational and communication skills.
