Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay is an Asian Eating House and late night lounge inspired by Tokyo’s 1930s Kissas and Shanghai’s drinking dens. Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi are exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar. Each dish is designed to be shared socially at the centre of the table.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic, highly organized, and motivated Reception Manager to lead our reception team at Lucky Cat Mayfair.

What you do as Reception Manager:

Deliver an engaging, world-class experience, ensuring our guests and VIPs receive an exceptional, personalized touch
Ensure effective optimisation of Guest Centre to drive revenue and maximise covers in the restaurant
Train and manage the Reception team to ensure the highest levels of guest service are delivered and there is a full understanding of the responsibilities and procedures to be delivered by Reception
Ensure that all communication regarding Private Dining and Chef Table are distributed correctly
Work closely with the management and kitchen teams to seamlessly communicate daily function sheets, private dining requirements and special guest requests
Effective management of the cloakroom system and guest requests attended to in a timely manner

What we are looking for:

An experienced Reception Manager within a high-volume, premium hospitality environment
A natural leader who is calm under pressure, boasts exceptional attention to detail and possesses sharp business acumen
A strong communicator who can collaborate effortlessly across Front of House and Back of House
