We're looking for an inspiring and commercially driven Sales Team Leader to drive growth across our Industry, Infrastructure & Campuses (II&C) market sectors throughout the UK and Ireland. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team leadership with direct customer engagement, sales activity and commercial strategy. You'll lead a talented team while playing a key role in delivering growth within a market at the heart of the energy transition.

About The Role
As Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies across the Industry, Infrastructure & Campuses market sectors. You'll lead and coach a team of sales professionals, helping them achieve their goals while building a culture focused on collaboration, customer success and continuous improvement.
Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, operations and product management, you'll use market insights, customer relationships and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
The role is home-based and requires regular travel across the UK and Ireland, along with occasional visits to Siemens locations overseas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering market-specific sales and go-to-market strategies.
A degree or HND in Electrical Engineering.
