Senior Project Manager
We are a small and dynamic Central London based consultancy, specialising in capital and development project management. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 5+ years' experience in the construction, development or property consultancy sectors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects from inception through to completion, with particular strength in project planning, programme management, design coordination and planning-stage delivery.
We are looking for someone who is confident managing multidisciplinary design teams, driving project programmes, coordinating stakeholders and developing practical, buildable solutions from the earliest stages of a project. Experience working on refurbishment and new-build developments in a client-side, consultancy or development management environment would be highly advantageous.

Tasks and responsibilities:
· Project Planning, Scheduling & Design Coordination
Budgeting, Cost Control & Procurement
Stakeholder & Client Management
Site Execution & Quality Control
· Governance, Documentation & Reporting
Key skills required:
· Proactive, and autonomous working;
· Ensure client satisfaction at all times: excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required;
· Team building and supportive attitude;
· Planning and managing of personal and company tasks.
· IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Teams; AutoCAD and others.
In order to be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
2. Be based in London or within commuting distance to Central London;
3. Hold a project management, construction or built environment related degree
