We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (0–4 years PQE) to join our market-leading Property Recoveries Team on a permanent basis.
This is a claimant-focused role offering the opportunity to handle a diverse and technically challenging caseload of high-value insurance recovery claims, acting for leading insurers and major stakeholders across the insurance market. You will work on property damage recoveries arising from a wide range of perils, including fire, flood, escape of water, oil spills, impact damage, construction defects and other complex loss events.
The role will provide exposure to complex liability, causation and quantum issues, with regular involvement in matters requiring expert evidence, forensic investigations and strategic recovery litigation. You will develop strong technical expertise while working alongside recognised specialists in the field.

What you will do?
As part of our growing Property Recoveries Team, you will work on a broad range of complex and high-value insurance recovery claims, acting on behalf of major insurer clients to pursue recoveries arising from property damage losses.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload of multi-track recovery claims, from initial investigation through to settlement, mediation or trial.
