Job Description
Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will increase growth across Rockwell Automation's full portfolio, expanding both direct and indirect business. Success will be achieved through new logo acquisition and the development of low-value and underperforming accounts.
Based in the South West of England, you will lead strategic pursuits, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and work closely with channel partners to focus on the territory's highest-value, long-term opportunities-fostering a "winning together" culture.
You will create demand, grow the installed base, and act as the connector between Rockwell, customers, and partners. Working with consultants, domain experts, systems specialists, and partners, you will build strong relationships from C‑suite to implementer, ultimately maturing accounts to a level suitable for distributor or dedicated account management.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop account development strategies to grow Rockwell Automation's presence within the South West territory, with a clear focus on new logo acquisition
- Lead strategic sales pursuits, aligning our teams, domain experts, and partners to win new business and convert opportunities into sustainable growth
- Identify, qualify, and develop underperforming or low‑value accounts, building them to a scale ready for handover to a Distributor or dedicated Account Manager
