We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our EMEA Enterprise Sales team. In this quota-carrying role, you will drive new business growth across strategic enterprise accounts, partnering with organizations typically ranging from 250M-5B+ in revenue.

You will engage senior stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Communications, IT, Accessibility, and Procurement to uncover business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes through Siteimprove’s SaaS and AI-powered platform. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will lead everything from prospecting and discovery through to solution alignment, negotiation, and close.

• Own the full sales cycle for named enterprise accounts, driving both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within your territory


• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across Marketing, Digital, Communications, IT, Accessibility, and Procurement


• Execute a multi-threaded sales approach to navigate complex enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles

FedRAMP Classification Notice 

This position is currently designated as Out of Scope for FedRAMP-authorized systems and environments. Individuals in this role are not expected to require access to systems or data within the FedRAMP authorization boundary as part of their regular job responsibilities.

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record in new business and/or account growth


• Experience selling Martech, digital experience, or related enterprise software (e.g., Adobe, Oracle, Demandbase, Amplitude, Braze, 6sense)


• Fluency in German (written and spoken), with experience selling into the DACH market strongly preferred

• Experience selling into regulated or highly governed industries such as financial services, insurance, or public sector


• Passion for digital accessibility, inclusive design, ESG, or responsible AI


• Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies (MEDDICC or similar) and consultative enterprise sales approaches

The base salary for this role will fall within the posted range and is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.

**Additional Compensation: Quarterly commissions subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
