About the role
📍 Remote with regular travel to London
💰 £45,000 basic + attractive uncapped commission
Not all Account Manager roles are created equal.
We're looking for someone who can do more than maintain relationships. We need a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys growing existing accounts, uncovering opportunities and building trusted customer relationships.
You'll manage a portfolio of customers, identifying whitespace opportunities, driving cross-sell and upsell activity, following up marketing-generated leads and supporting wider business growth.
You'll be working with customers across managed IT, cyber security, cloud, digital transformation and Microsoft Copilot, helping them get more value from technology while delivering growth for Iglu.
What you'll be doing✅ Growing and developing existing customer accounts
✅ Identifying and converting cross-sell and upsell opportunities
✅ Building strong relationships with decision-makers
✅ Following up webinar, event and campaign-generated opportunities
✅ Working alongside sales and technical teams to maximise customer value
✅ Managing a healthy pipeline and delivering against commercial targets
✔ Experience in an Account Manager, IT Sales or Business Development role
✔ Proven success growing existing customer accounts
✔ Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience working towards revenue or gross profit targets
✔ A proactive mindset and a passion for finding opportunities others miss
