What You’ll Take On (The Actual Job Description)

So you’re looking for a new challenge? This is your chance to step into a role with real responsibility. You’ll be given the space to own your work, supported to move as fast as you want and expected to keep raising the bar for yourself and the business.

You’ll build and evolve the Azure platforms that power our products, shaping an AI-native engineering environment where automation, intelligent agents and cloud-native technologies accelerate delivery, reliability and innovation. Working closely with engineering teams and technical leaders, you’ll create the infrastructure, tooling and governance that enable teams to move faster, operate securely and scale with confidence. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex platform challenges, driving continuous improvement and using AI to transform how engineering gets done.

What you’ll do

• Build secure, scalable Azure platforms using Infrastructure as Code, automation and cloud-native services to enable rapid product delivery.
• Create deployment pipelines, self-service tooling and developer experiences that improve engineering velocity and consistency.
• Strengthen reliability through observability, monitoring and SRE practices that keep critical platforms performing at their best.
• Embed security, governance and operational controls into every stage of the software delivery lifecycle, including AI-powered solutions.
• Develop AI-driven platform capabilities, guardrails and automation that enable agents to provision, test, deploy and manage infrastructure safely at scale.

You’ll bring deep experience across Azure, Terraform, container platforms, CI/CD and modern cloud operations, alongside a strong understanding of distributed systems, platform engineering and AI-assisted delivery. Most importantly, you’ll combine technical depth with a mindset focused on ownership, innovation and continuous improvement.
