We’re building a portfolio of AI-powered insurance products in parallel, where coding is no longer the bottleneck. Success depends on keeping teams aligned, dependencies visible, and delivery moving at pace. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, brings technical credibility, and instinctively uses AI and automation to remove friction and improve outcomes.

What you’ll own

• Own the cross-portfolio delivery plan, coordinating multiple product teams to turn signed specifications into successful releases without losing pace or control.

This role suits an experienced AI Project Manager who can navigate complex multi-team environments, understand integration and data flows, and bring order, transparency and momentum to an AI-native organisation. This role is for someone who thrives on challenge, moves with pace and wants to build something that genuinely makes a difference not just maintain what already exists.
